Customer service is #1 here are milk and cookeez. We strive to have your order perfect, from start to finish. However, there are times when circumstances are beyond our control.
Let's say you bought Aunt Suzy a set of 8 snickerdoodly dudes. turns out that aunt Suzy doesn't like cinnamon, but she loves sugar cookies, can you exchange the snickerdoodly dudes for sugar cookeez? I am afraid not, we can not accept returns or exchanges, since the products are made to order and of a personal care nature. We do regret this, and we do hope you understand, before you are placing your order. Maybe a gift certificate would be better, for finicky ladies like Aunt Suzy.

NO! It's that simple. milk and cookeez products may look and smell edible, but they are not. YOu would not like eating soap, salt and fragrance oils, no matter how good they look and smell.
That being said, children should be supervised if using milk and cookeez products. What are these "cookeez" and what is in them? TOP
Cookeez are nonedible highly sea salt based "cookies" that you can use in either your tub or shower. 2 cookeez will dissolve in a bath (watch for clumping-use it to scrub away dead skin)releasing the natural sea salt into your bath for a moisturing mineral, fragrance bath or use them to cleanse dead skin away in the shower while also smelling great and moisturizing the freshly scrubbed skin.
cookeez are made from natural ingredients: pure sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, eggs, apricot kernel oil, vitamin e oil, and natural fragrances. Sometimes there is a whipped soap on the cookeez for that extra something special. They may also have chocolate chips, sprinkles, or other natural ingredients that are edible (but not on cookeez). are bath bombs, with lots of
yummy, nummy goodies throughout.
They are the same products with different sizes, shapes, and weights. You will experience a natural fizzing feeling when you place your scoopz or drop in the tub.
We use only high end ingredients in our bath fizzies.

We use natural shea butter and apricot kernel oil
to moisturize your body.
Organic whole milk can clean and soften your skin, it has also been known to help cure dust allergies and dry skin, all while giving you the comforting feeling
that has been used for centuries.
Other important ingredients for your skin are USA natural sea salt and epsom salt.

When you order from milk and cookeez you are getting a fresh product! Under normal circumstances your order will ship within 4 days of submission. We will contact you if orders are taking longer to ship. Please be patient, you will get a better product in the end. :) Can I order online and pick it up locally? TOP

No, at this time shipping insurance is not required,
however it is highly recommended.
These items are fragile, while they can still be used even if they are broken, they don't look as nice.
Please be assured, we are not looking for you to pay more, we package each item and wrap well, but it's not our fault if they break in shipping.
That is why we highly recommend shipping insurance.
How did you come up with this? TOP
This is my favorite and most asked question. I came up with cookeez first, I wanted an extra gift for my daughter's 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. B (she's is/was the best). She deserved more! So I decided to look on the internet for something that I could make with my homegrown lavender. I stumbled upon a recipe for bath cookies. They looked really cute, but very boring-like my vanillamint. I decided that I needed to "gourmet" these things up and, "BOOM" milk and cookeez began. The milk, in milk and cookeez, came from my idea to add powdered milk to bath bombs.
