What are your Hours of Operation? TOP

We are Open Monday thru Friday 9-3pm.
We ship on Tuesday and Thursday.
All orders ship on these days unless special arrangements are made.
We also offer local pick up on Tuesday and Thursday.
Orders generally take 3-5 days for processing, cupcakz may take longer due to curing time of the frosting.
 

What Methods of Payment do you accept? TOP

At this time we accept Paypal for online payments.
Paypal gives you the flexibility of using a bank account or your credit card for payment. You do not need to set up an account, just register to pay for your purchases to Milk and Cookeez.
We can also accept checks for orders placed online. Please note however, your order will not ship until the check has cleared, this process generally takes 3 business days from  receipt.
We will also accept cash and check should you choose to pick up your orders locally.

What ingredients are in your Milk and Cookeez products? TOP

Listed below are the major ingredients in our products.
We use only Essential oils, natural oils, and Phthalate free cosmetic fragrances.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Colorants are not listed, we use a variety of colorants in our products, micas, iron oxides, oxides, titanium dioxide, FD&C colorants, and Lake colorants.
Many of our products contain shea butter and whole milk.
 
* If you would like a product without milk or would like to substitute the shea butter,
please note it at checkout, in the message area.
 
We substitute shea butter with mango butter, if requested, and will omit the milk in our scoopz.
 
Cookeez, USA sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, apricot kernel oil, vitamin e, eggs, natural and essential fragrance oils (Sugar cookeez are NOW topped with an all natural soap frosting!)

We also use a detergent free clear soap base, this soap is comparable to a Cold Processed soap made with sodium hydroxide.

What if I buy your products and they aren't what I wanted, can I return them or get my money back? TOP

Customer service is #1 here at Milk and Cookeez.
We strive to have your order perfect, from start to finish.
However, there are times when circumstances are beyond our control.
Let's say you bought Aunt Suzy a set of 8 snickerdoodly dudes. Turns out that aunt Suzy doesn't like cinnamon, but she loves sugar cookies, can you exchange the snickerdoodly dudes for sugar cookeez?
 
I am afraid not, we do not accept returns or exchanges, since the products are made to order and of a personal care nature.
We do regret this, and we do hope you understand, before you are placing your order.

Can I order online and pick it up locally? TOP

Yes, definitely!
I love meeting my customers. 
If you order through the website and pay through Paypal with a credit card, you will be charged shipping, however, if you pay by check or cash you can pay the adjusted amount in person.
Another option is to email the order to me directly. I can send you an invoice, you have the option of paying by credit card, check or cash this way. 
Local customers have the option of "special"
packaging not available online.
Your items can be packaged in bakery boxes and gift bags if requested.

Don't forget to check the box for tax. Summit Co. tax is 6.50%.

Why do I have to wait for my orders to be shipped? TOP

A perfect question, Let me be the first to admit, when I buy it I want it!
Now for the part that I don't like.
 Patience is good, and along with patience comes freshness.
When you order from Milk and Cookeez you are getting a fresh product! Under normal circumstances your order will ship within 5 days of submission. We will contact you if orders are taking longer to ship. This is because some of our products need to "cure" before they can be shipped.
Please be patient, you will get a better product in the end. :)

Do I need shipping Insurance? TOP

No, at this time shipping insurance is not required,
 however it is highly recommended.
These items are fragile, while they can still be used even if they are broken, they don't look as nice.
Please be assured, we are not looking for you to pay more, we package each item and wrap well, but it's not our fault if they break in shipping.
That is why we highly recommend shipping insurance.
Insurance is not available on products from vendors, unless you choose 2 as your quantity.
 

Do you make everything you sell? TOP

No, we would love to take the credit, but we use vendors who have well established lines and wholesale customers.
You will receive a quality product.
We have hand picked each and every product that we sell.
Each vendor that sells through Milk and Cookeez is a quality business owner, willing to go the extra mile for your satisfaction.
We want you to feel that by supporting our vendors-you are supporting small business everywhere.
The items that are not made by Milk and Cookeez will ship directly from the vendors.
Delivery time may differ from the estimated shipping time from Milk and Cookeez.
The Sweet Cold Processed Soap Category, The Yummy Candles and Tarts Category, and the Sweet Pillows Category, are ALL from quality vendors.
